Avigayil Novograd PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Avigayil earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York Medical College and has dedicated her career to helping children reach their developmental milestones through individualized, play-based therapy. She has worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, school-based therapy, and early intervention. Avigayil has experience treating children from birth to 21 years old, with a wide range of diagnoses including developmental delay, torticollis, plagiocephaly, hypotonia, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, prematurity, and toe walking. Her clinical interests include torticollis, gross motor delays, and caregiver education/coaching, with a strong focus on empowering families to actively participate in their child’s progress. After relocating to Philadelphia for her husband’s medical residency, she joined Play at Home PT, where she has been providing in-home pediatric therapy for over a year.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two active toddler boys. As a family, they love hiking, playing sports, and exploring the outdoors.
