Occupational Therapist
Emily holds a Master’s in occupational therapy from the Washington University in St.Louis. Throughout her career, Emily has worked in a variety of settings including inpatient hospitals, outpatient clinics, schools, and homes with children ranging from birth through school-aged. Emily has experience in treating a range of needs including sensory processing, fine motor, visual-motor/ perceptual, feeding, ADHD, motor planning, and emotional regulation. Emily has been trained in the Zones of Regulation program, the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) feeding program through the Sensory Therapies and Research (STAR) Institute, and is actively pursuing further training of the evaluation and treatment of Sensory Processing & Integration Disorder from the STAR Institute. Emily is passionate about helping children and their families develop the skills, independence, and confidence to participate in activities that are meaningful to them.
In her free time Emily plays ultimate frisbee and enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and 4 year old twins.
